How Does it Work?

Post purchase you'll be directed to a downloadable form for you to fill out. Fill out your store details, give a brief rundown of your efforts so far, and ask specific question you'd like me to cover beforehand.

How will it be delivered?

Once finished I'll send over the audit results via email. Most audits are around 3000 words and cover all the important areas the Etsy algorithm looks at  when ranking your store. I'll break down how you're performing on them, and give you actionable steps that you need to improve on

How Long Does it Take?

I generally ask for a full working week to complete the audit. This gives me time to do a proper deep dive into all aspects of your store. However, this is an estimate and could be quicker/ slower depending on how busy I am that week. I conduct and write up every single audit myself to ensure you get the most out of it possible - so please bare with me 

Who is it for?

Whether you're a new seller stuck on 0 views and 0 sales, own a store that has taken a sudden downward spiral and you can't pinpoint why, or are an experienced seller looking to take the next step and scale - I'll tailor the audit to your stores current progress. 

What will you look at?

It changes depending on the store in it's current state. Generally I'll begin with a brief overview - looking at your store and it's performance as a whole -  then deep dive into the 10 specific areas the algorithm looks at when judging and ranking stores (and how well you are performing against them).

Do I need to read the Etsy Backdoor Method first?

There will obviously be a lot of crossover between the two, and reading it before the audit would give you a head start to understanding the concepts I cover - but it's not necessary. So, no you don't! 

Do I need to give you my stores login details?

No. I can conduct the audit just from looking at your shops public storefront, along with the additional information I ask you to provide beforehand

Can I ask follow-up questions after?

Yes, you'll have my email - so feel free to follow up whenever necessary if you need anything clarifying.
